I m in my 1st month of pregnancy n bleeding started.. what does that mean n what should I do..?? Pls help

Bleeding in pregnancy is not always a negative symptom but one needs to be cautious. First important thing is to get USG done without delay to know exact cause of bleeding. Sonographer will clearly tel you whether bleeding is from  miscarriage or something external that need to be careful
