There is a hole in the upper part of my butt cheecks, it seems harmless at first but since last few days uts has been bleeding and now pain has started. I am covid positive and currently at rest at home.

It could be perianal fistula. Do sitz bath daily regularly.  Sirz bath. Dip ur buttocks in lukewarm water mixed with betadine solution and sit for 15min
