Bleeding hammeroid

I had a fistuletomy surgery 35 days back. Due to fiber intake, i defecate 3-4 times in a day. When i defecate in the daytime, i never have bleeding. But when i defecate in the night, i have bleeding. If i defecate twice in the night, the first defecation will have bleeding, but second defecation will not have any bleeding. The bleeding is painless, 5-6 drops of fresh bright red blood are seen. The blood is seen after defecation, and the blood is not mixed with stools, but the drops of blood fall in the comod. I feel a tiny lump in the anus, but when i bleed, the lump disappears. This has been happening every day for the last 15 days. My stools are soft. My wound is not infected. The bleeding is not from the wound as i do not have pain. Is this bleeding hammeroid? Does bleeding hammeroid bleed only once a day? How long will this happen? How to treat this problem?
