When I blow my nose after bath or after washing my face, my nose bleeds for few minutes and I have experienced it 2-3 times in last 10 days. Kindly advise.

There are many causes for bleeding from nose such as nasal septum injury, hypertension, ulceration of nasal septum, chronic rhinosinusitis etc. Clinical examination is necessary to confirm the diagnosis
