My girlfriend has aborted her pregnancy using some medical pill after 1month she started to bleed from her nose and blood clots form her vagina is this normal or abnormal

Bleeding from the nose is because of the pill she took  called misoprostol. And bleeding clots may be a reason for incomplete abortion. Pls seek a  direct consultation or visit a gynaecologist.
