Dear sir ive tinnitus sound in ears recently and left chest tightness fast heart beat reflects in epi gastric area and reflects to throat feel tired and losing weiggt my CT abdomen without contrast normal report Endoscopy report doctor said its normal deuinal erosion rut positive and lax les grade ll Am I bleeding or normal blood tranfusion needed
