Bleeding and dizziness after unwanted72

Hello I took unwanted 72 after 65 hours. however, we were very sure that nothing happened between us but still I took it just for a safer side. now after 5 days I am facing lower abdominal pain with bleeding and dizziness.. Kindly let me know whether it is normal or I have to go to doctor for any type of suggestions
