Bleeding after taking I pill

I am experiencing bleeding after 4-5 days when I took i-pill. It's not continuous and heavy but it comes in a week and goes off in 2-3 days and then after 4-5 days it again starts. Am very scared as I have read it can be a symptom of cancer too. Please help.
