Bleeding after i pill and intercourse

I had my last periods on 13th august. On 19th august i had intercourse and precautionary took plan B. 25th aug i again had intercourse abd i am doubtful that condom might broke. Im ovulating currently. And the next morning im bleeding and having cramps. Are they periods? Is there anything to worry about Please suggest what should i do.
