Bleeding After delivery

Asked for Female, 20 Years

My wife's delivery was 17 August 2017 with ceserian ,she give a child. Her bleeding was stopped after 10 days and start yellowish discharge after it. After 18 days (means 5 September 2017) she has start red bleeding in medium amount. Is this normal? or we should to contact doctor, please suggest me. Thanks....
