Hello,it could be hemmorids or fissure in ano, in hemmroids patient complains of mild pain and bleeding in stool , in fissure person have pain on defecation ,Per rectal examination is required. Both the conditions need surgery . You take soft foods ,high fiber containing vegetables ,drink lot of water . Consult surgeon in nearest hospital.
