Bladder prolapse and possible rectal

Who would I talk too for a possible rectal and bladder prolapse? When I try to have a bowel movement a bulge will come out of my rectum . I've had to push it back up. Bladder feels like it's just there at the vaginal opening. I did have bladder suspension surgery and hysterectomy I believe around 20004 Thank you
