I am 36 years old. 6 month back by PVR was 60 cc. Prostate was normal in size 14.6 cc with echotexture. 3 months back PVR was 70 cc. Urinary bladder was distended an shows numerous intraluminal echognic floaters. There was mild diffuse irregular bladder wall thickening. Prosate was 30 x 29 x 28 mm size 13.1 cc with heterogeniety of inner gland. Ultrasound summary said: Chronic cystitis with findings suggesting prostatitis. Recent ultrasound showed Urinary bladder normal in outline, shape and of normal wall thickness. Prostate normal size and volume (13 cc). Ecchotexture is uniform periprostatic planes are well defined. However PVR was 144 cc. KFT is normal all 3 times. PSA (Prostatic Specific Antigen is 0.57). Also Retrograde & Micturating Cystourehorgram report is normal. My doctor says I have Bladder Outlet Obstruction. He gave Silodosin 8 mg and Ofloxacin 200 gm now. Please suggest treatment and cause of this as I have done all major test.
