Bladder isn't getting emptied fully. It's not always in a day ... but atleast 2-3 times in a day I feel this.

How long has this been happening! If it is a short duration probably it is a urinary infection. If this is happening for a long time you might have an overactive bladder. You will need a detailed counseling and treatment plan for that.
