I have blackness near mouth area on right side . I have this since 4 years. Different doctors said it is deficiency of  vitamin c or b3 but nothing worked

Hey, it could also be due to vitamin b12 ,take b complex syp or tab , test your  blood for hb,pcv, mch, mchc
