Many times what you think as" black heads" typically only on nose are not black heads in true sense. It is a very tiny hair deep seated in pores of nose skin. It appears like a black dot so if you try to remove & check you can see the fine hair. But removal is temporary as it will keep coming back. So there is no permanent solution for it.
