Black stool

I ate medicines last day because I had fever and morning I had this symptom. It was not painful. I also did not have any foul smell.

It's a sign of low bile secretion by liver. During fever like conditions. As patient recover from fever , stool colour changes from black , Brown, reddish and then normal yellow colour, which show improvement in appetite.
