Black poop

I m having black poo from 1 week. I thought that it is normal but today i have seen vedios about black poo and it is very bad for the health. Resently i m also consuming spicy foods. How can i cure this thing because i m physically good??

It can be because of 1. Iron Supplements 2. Dark-Colored Foods --Sometimes dark-colored foods turn your poop black. These include: Chocolate sandwich cookies, Blueberries, Grape juice, Beets, spinach etc. The dark color should go away once you stop eating the food that caused it. 3. Bleeding Ulcer- A bleeding ulcer is the most common cause of dark stools. An ulcer is a sore on the inside of your stomach or small intestine. Sometimes these sores bleed. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever ur mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is ur traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. (preferably within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't Overeat 3. Don't take tea empty stomach.
