I was tested positive for BV and was given metronidazole for 7 days. On day 6 I started my period and it lasted 4 days but was black for the whole period. I tested negative for STDs. It's 3 weeks since I last had sex and I have done a pregnancy test which was negative. Is it something I should go to my DR about or could it be linked BV? Thanks.
