Sir I am a 33 year old male from Kashmir I have many problems such as Dyspepsia IBS Anaemia Gasses And if I eat a little more food it brings paleness in my face and I feel too much tired.

Have you had any surgeries done in the past ? For someone with no stomach surgeries done in past this is an unusual symptom . I would suggest you to get a barium swallow done (with the dye being traced beyond stomach). We'll have to take it forth from there.
