Black spot or  mask on penis foreskin. no pain. its inside the skin. i have very dry skin. I have done sex 2.5 years ago still my tests are negative for all STDs. and also there are white spots on my penis shaft and scrotom. It it common?

Thats a normal black mole. All appears normal.
