Wash the bitten area thoroughly with soap and running water for 5 minutes, then apply an antiseptic like povidone-iodine. Even though there is  blood, cat bites carry a high risk of infection, so please  consult a human doctor today for wound assessment, tetanus status check, rabies risk evaluation, and possible antibiotic prescription. Also monitor for redness, swelling, pain, or fever over the next 3-5 days and seek immediate medical care if any of these develop.
