I'm using tugain10% for last 9 months 1ml twice a day and hair fall is still on . So weather I should reduce the usage or no. And can I use coconut oil

No dont Use coconut oil. You have to take some oral medicines for it too. You are suffering from androgenetic alopecia. If you want you can send me your pictures for better diagnosis and treatment.
