At your age you must have really good bone strength. ONJ develops over a long duration of time. If your RCT is going to be extensive then you will have to discuss with the dentist about the time that will take for the bone to heal. Bisphosphonate has an impact on bone healing and days it. You already have the medication in your bloodstream and stopping for a few days is unlikely to have significant effect. Also confirm the reason for the Bisphosphonate usage.
