Hi my nephew is suffering from jundies two weeks at that time bilirubin is 2.4 but suddenly bilirubin is increasesd to 12 yesterday they are using higher antibiotics but today bilirubin is 27 and inr 4 please suggest what happened to my nephew..

What is the other report for liver? How is he? What is duration of illness? I think hospitalization is must.
