I had an anamoly scan on 20th week.two soft markers are noticed.. Echogenic Intracardiac focus and Bilateral Renal Pelvis 4.1mm and 3.5 mm . I did under go fetal echo and no other abnormalities are noticed.. I have got Nipt done and it states low risk. Would like to understand if there is something I have to do to understand the Bilateral Renal Pelvis. I am currently 34 years and at the time of birth will be 35 years

Renal pelvis is a part of the collection system of our kidney. The normal renal pelvis diameter of fetus is less than 7mm before 24 weeks. So in your case for the fetus to have a renal pelvis diameters of 4.1 and 3.5 is quite normal, in my opinion. You probably shouldn't worry much about it.
