My ovaries are enlarged in size and shows polycystic morphology Left ovary stromal volume - 2.6 Right ovary stromal volume -1.9 Right ovary: 2.8* 1.1 * 2.8 cms , vol -4.6ml Left ovary : 2.9*1.8*2.6cms , vol- 7.6ml Report shows I have bilateral polycystic ovaries. And Total Testosterone serum - 1.60 nmol/L How can I reduce testosterone level and balance my harmones
