Sir I am unhappy with my nose size, it's bump is big and I want a slim nose without surgery. Please help me

There is no non surgical method currently available to reduce size of the nose or reduce the hump over the dorsum of the nose. You should consult nearby rhinoplasty surgeon for more information about the surgery
