I can understand your concern.
It could be a sebaceous cyst.
Get it checked out by a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.
On examination he will be able to tell what it is.
After that a treatment plan can be formulated.
If it is a sebaceous cyst, it will have to be removed.
