Hi,I am so worried plz help me,my LMP was 6 Nov and cycle length is of 29 days,today I had cramps in my lower abdomen and I didn't knw that I m pregnant so I took 1 meftal spas tablet by mistake, after 1-2 hour of taking meftal spas I took hpt which comes out positive,now I m worried does that tablet give harmful effect on my pregnancy,bcoz I m in very much wanted this baby,plz help me.
