Beta thalassemia, tiredness, headache

I would prefer a hematologist to consult me. I have beta thalassemia minor. I often feel very tired and stressed after work. I experienced the same yesterday. Today it's accompanied by a headache. Please suggest me what should I do. If needed, which medicine i should take.
