Bent Fallopian tube- failing to conceive

Hi, I am trying to conceive since 3 years and consulted doctr 6 months ago and  From past 5 months I am ovulating only one right side. And in my recent Laproscopy it's Observed that my right side fallopian tube is bent. What to do? How do I get conceived as eggs are not ovulating from left side. Kindly help with some solution apart from ivf
