Bedsore issue with Medicare

My mom has had a bed sore issue. Had a wound vac. Now she is at home and doc has prescribed 3 dressing changes a day. She had a wound nurse coming 3 times a week when she had vac. Now nurse only comes 1 time a week. Family is changing dressing. Confused why Medicare isn't providing nurse to change dressing.
