Hello! I have many medium sized red, itchy bumps on my stomach, breasts and a few on my back and legs. I've had this before and it was because of bed bugs in my hotel room. I suspect this to be the same thing again as I've traveled recently. Can you tell me if I can take L Hist? Or should I ingest diphenhydramine?

Hello take allegra and some antibiotics then use odomos in hostel room . Airing of room and mattress is required. Use phenol tablets in bed to remove bugs or dried neem leaves in bed
