-Suffering from impaired balance weakness tinnitus fatigue fast heart rate vertigo. -ECG Echocardiography TMT MRI brain and MR venography CBC thyroidlft kft lipid profile all tests are normal. -Neurologist prescribed me  optineuron IM injection for 5 days( to be injected everyday for 5 days) -Optineuron injection ( thiamine hcl 100mg cynocobalamin 1000mcg riboflavin 5mg pyridoxine 100mg nicotinamide 100mg d-panthenol 50mg) -My question is optineuron injection safe to inject everyday for 5 days.
