Balantitis and psoriasis

I have balantitis which keeps on returning every time after I complete my meds dosage. I used ciplox 500 tabs and clotrimazol ointment to treat it. I also have psoriasis which does not help to the cause. And suggestions/advice? Also if there's a dietary change required, I'd be happy to take. Or any other natural solution to chronic balantitis .

Greetings. It's important to rule out diabetes. Yes as you have mentioned - chronic balanitis could be a feature of or association of psoriasis itself. While antifungals would help - you may need a mild topical CS based cream to improve psoriatic component. Biopsy of the skin of fore skin may be necessary in case of diagnostic dilemma. Warm regards
