Bad foul smell from vagina not ( fishy)

I have noticed a bad Gould odour from my vagina and do not know what it could be. I am not aware of any sti other that I have a partner that has herpes but we are very careful and take extreme precautions and have had no other symptoms. I have been fine but this is making me worry something bad could be wrong.
