I have pain in lower back and abdomen, only one side. Through pain killer it goes,but in the evening again it came back,during pain Vomit feel nd Bp low was there.

Hello.... Backache, lower abdominal pain present in uterine problem or else it could be ovarian problem ... You need ultrasound of abdomen to know the etiology causing pain.... Get an ultrasound as soon as possible and consult gynecologist .........
