Sir for the some reason I hvs suffer from surgery before 2 years in which doc had applied 2 injection in spine for make me sleepy during the surgery so from there I hve facing problem with my back I can't do much work ..if I do I can't standup or it may be too painful . N pain start when I sleep after finishing work and I can't stand up n it's too painful. So is there any way to come out from. is there any excercise to come out from this problem.
