I have many pimples on back with yellow pus.. plz tell me how to get rid of these stuff.. I have on it on my shoulder too

You are suffering from what Dermatologist call tropical acne. In this condition, pimples erupt on the back and shoulder area which then subside after few days with pigmentation.
