Back pain in Loin and Lumbar

Hi Doctor, My father works in Manufacturing co, travels daily in a bus almost 50 km. And now he is facing back pain in Loin and Lumbar, what should he do now, We have consulted orthopaedic and had some massage therapy as well, there is no improvement. Is there any we can fix this pain.??? Please help me with solution. Thanks in advance,
