Back pain during pregnancy

Am 12 week pregnant , with twin foetus. I feel heavy back pain since last night. Am worried about this situation . Pls help

It is common during pregnancy more so as you have twin pregnancy but you must see your gynaecologist to rule out any other problem you may have as infection or threaded abortion
