I m taking PENICILLIN 12LAC for ASO is it ok ...and for how many years i have to continue

Unless you have symptoms of rheumatic fever now or on the past penicillin is not really required for raised aso titre. Nowadays you can take any other penicillin group of tablets which can take care of streptococcal infections
