Hello my self dharmendra .i my suffering from moderate back joint pain about 3 days .i don't know the actual cause of this disease condition.i join the gym centre about 9 months.can he paly role in my diseases condition .plz advice me how can i recover from this condition.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. I don't know what role he can play in the pain and what not. But may be your spine has some role to play. Have you considered that?
