I had c-sec delivery 7months ago..since then when I sleep on my back for more than an hour I face severe Bach ache and find difficult to turn on sides as it hurts a lot...and also since my last trimester sometimes when I hold something for more than. 10-15 min my fist and palm gets tingling sensation and it becomes difficult to hold something..I took vit b12 also for 6 months but the problem still persist
