Hello my baby sweat a lot excessively due to weather and not passing urine lot do that cause dehydration in baby i do give breast milk and water meantime he is sweating lot on his head does it cause cold or fever kindly calrify

Ur baby needs proper physical examination.. excessive sweating is not normal.. kindly mention age and other symptoms
