Baby struggles while peeing and pooping

Hi, My 1 month old baby struggles while he has urge to pee and poo, pee and poop looks normal. Poop is not hard as well. He is peeing, pooping, sleeping and having breastmilk normally. I felt like it colic and gave him colic aid drops. Kindly let me know what might be the reason? Thanks in advance
