Baby stool texture n colour change..

Hi dr, my baby boy is 5.5 months old and i have started cerelac for him, and his stool texture changes from then. Earlier his stool was runny but in shape, now he is doing sausage like creamy texture stool,earlier stool color was yellow now its green, is he Constipated??? Should i have to give him water??? What does changes in stool texture n colour means??? Plz suggest
