My baby is 1 year and 2month  old .after lunch usne vomit kardi and after dinner also usne vomiit kardi .before 3 4 days she had fever also .what to do I am worried ?? Is this any serious

Kindly examine the fever of the baby. Also in between meals did the baby eat anything. Also if episodes of vomiting becomes more a paediatrician opinion will be handy.
