I'm a 24years male my blood group is A+ve and my fiance's blood group is AB-ve . Will there be any problem in her pregnancy? And is there any soln?

There is no problem in first delivery. And after birth she should be given injured Anti D350micro gram intramuscular. Other wise no problems but if injured not given within 24 hrs then in next pregnancythere might be abortion. And after every abortion if you will go for abortion any time she should be given antiD  inj
